• Rates are based on accommodation for up to 8 guests.
• Standard rates apply to all guests (no discounted rates for children).
• Please note that increased rates and minimum night stay requirements will apply where a booking is on a Long Weekend, during Local Major Events, over Easter, Christmas or New Year (see periods and exclusions below):

$400 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 SA Truck and Ute Show
$800 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November)
$500 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 High-Season (December, January, February, March)
$600 per night. MINIMUM 3 night stay.
2024 Long Weekends excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year
$800 per night. MINIMUM 3 night stay.
2024 Other Local Major Events
$800 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 Easter - Booked
$1,000 per night. MINIMUM 4 night stay.
Rates apply for the period 28 March – 1 April 2024 inclusive.
2024 Christmas / New Year
$1,000 per night. MINIMUM 5 night stay.
Rates apply for the period 20 - 31 December 2024 inclusive.
ADDITIONAL FEES
• Security Bond: $450
• Cleaning and linen fee: $250 per stay
