CE Property Group Director and Sales Manager, Mark Watkins, has been working in real estate for more than 20 years. An Adelaide Hills local, he is passionate about providing an ethical, professional and caring real estate service to the agency’s clients. Mark is highly experienced in selling all types of properties from the suburbs to the hills and beyond to the Murray River. He was the winner of the 2009 Real Estate Institute Local Residential Salesperson of the Year (Hills) and has achieved Platinum status within the Pittard Training group for exceptional sales and client care (nationally recognised standards of the highest order).

The agents all worked very hard to sell the property and stayed with us even through the bushfire that burnt the entire area including our property. Just after the fire when it was first safe for them to re-enter the area Mark was showing the property and noticed a spot fire that was burning in a tree on the neighbouring property and alerted us and the neighbour and then remained onsite until it was under control, not all agents would do that for you.
